California Business Opportunities was established in 1993 by five professional business brokers whose combined experience exceeds 55 years. Between us we have completed more than 1,000 transactions across many industries, and we manage each one from the first conversation through to closing.
Our associates hold memberships in the International Business Brokers Association, the Institute of Business Appraisers, and the California Association of Business Brokers, and have served on committees and boards within those organizations. We network with qualified intermediaries nationwide, which gives our clients local, regional and national reach.
Angelo has been in the business brokerage industry since 1977 and remains one of the most experienced brokers working in the Bay Area. He learned the business at United Business Investments of Paramount, California — then the largest independent business brokerage in the country — and became the first VR Business Brokers franchisee on the West Coast, running his own San Francisco office from 1981 to 1989.
He later joined the newly formed association of brokers that became California Business Opportunities. Across nearly five decades he has marketed hundreds of small businesses and has served as an expert witness on business brokerage matters.
